Hi, I am Eva .


My name is Eva J Simon, and I’m a photographer based in Chicago, where I live with my beautiful family.

My love for photography began in second grade, when I was first introduced to film photography and learned how to develop images in a darkroom. Watching photos come to life sparked a passion that never left me.

I received my first camera at 18—a film camera I still own today—and it marked the beginning of my journey behind the lens. My first paid photography session took place in 2010, and since then, I’ve had the honor of photographing countless families, events, and weddings.

I’m also a mother of two little boys, which has deepened my appreciation for capturing fleeting moments and genuine connections. I love to travel, learn, and explore new places, and I’m deeply grateful for everything I have in my life.

Photography is my favorite thing to do.

I love creating meaningful memories for others, because I truly believe moments deserve to be captured, cherished, and treasured for a lifetime.
